1. Who we are

Socially Primed provides done-for-you social media management for Australian trades businesses, including Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram management under our packages MAKE ME LOOK OPEN and MAKE ME LOOK BUSY.

2. Services

We create and schedule posts to make your business look open, busy, booked and legit. You stay on the tools — we handle the content. We do not guarantee enquiries, jobs, followers or revenue. We are not affiliated with Google, Meta or Instagram.

3. Payments & No Lock-in

All packages are month-to-month. No lock-in contracts. Payment is billed monthly in advance. If payment fails, we may pause posting until payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by emailing donna@sociallyprimed.com with 7 days notice before your next billing date. No refunds for part-months already delivered.

5. What we need from you

To do our job you agree to provide:

• Access to your Facebook Page, Instagram and Google Business Profile
• Photos/videos of jobs when available, logo, and approval to post on your behalf
• Timely feedback if we send content for approval

6. Content & Ownership

You grant us permission to create and publish content on your behalf. You retain ownership of your original photos and logo. Content we create for you (captions, templates) is licensed to you while your subscription is active.

7. Fair Use

Packages include a fair number of posts per week as described on our pricing page. Excessive additional requests may incur a fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided to improve your online presence. We are not liable for loss of business, loss of enquiries or any indirect loss.
